A previous week. I'm looking for information on the Prismacolor Premier Soft Core Colored Pencil, Set of 48 Assorted Colors, so i would like to describe here.
I did work for my personal enjoyment illustration from 1980, Prismacolor Premier colored pencils and I have been with for almost 15 years. This set of 48-pencil was what I started with, and it has served me well.
