I used all brands of color pencils for years and Prisma Color are the best. as a multimedia artist, these pencils are my favorite faces of color and background. no need to buy more expensive brands. they are shiny, smooth colors for paint. We recommend using mineral oil blend with a stump for a perfect finish and gorgeous! Better to use with heavy cardstock or very smooth heavyweight coated paper.
